An entrepreneur with over two decades of experience, Ananda Kumar heads Kaizen Venture Studio out of DIFC, Dubai. He is also an angel investor and mentor for multiple start-ups and businesses in ME and Asia. His areas of expertise cover Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, M&A, Wealth Management, and Strategic Advisory. Prior to Kaizen, Ananda has headed Investments & Strategy at Cashew Payments; managed multi million- dollar diversified assets portfolio at Julphar and Sharekhan; apart from playing key roles at PKC Advisory, Sumitomo, Frost & Sullivan and Huntsman.
Prabhu Moorthy

A dynamic entrepreneur, Prabhu Moorthy has a passion for creating sustainable businesses that generate significant value and social impact. At Kaizen, Prabhu brings together strategic vision and insightful knowledge from his 18 years experience to contribute significantly. His expertise in finance, technology, and entrepreneurship makes him a venture builder, technologist, and finance professional above par. Prabhu is a partner at United Hills Ventures, Africa Growth and Private Equity, Impact Equity Investment Fund I, and Africa Investment Opportunity Fund; manages $369 million asset under management.
Ramasubramaniya Raja

Ramasubramaniya Raja comes with over 19 years of technical experience in software, wireless, defence industries and USPTO Patent Grant. In his leadership position he has been responsible for the development and introducing multimillion software products at National Instruments and Tektronix. Ramasubramaniya holds a B.S. in Electronics Engineering.
